Any work outside agreed scope may require additional charges.

2. Project Workflow & Approvals

  • Clients are required to provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Delays in communication may impact project timelines
  • Once a phase is approved, revisions beyond scope may be billed separately

3. Payments

  • Projects may require upfront or milestone-based payments
  • Work may be paused if payments are delayed
  • Final delivery may be withheld until full payment is received

4. Refund Policy

  • Payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Refunds (if any) are subject to mutual agreement and project stage

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, final deliverables are transferred to the client
  • WebScratchers retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio
  • Any third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate content, assets, and information
  • Ensure they have rights to all provided materials
  • Review and approve deliverables within reasonable time

7. Limitation of Liability

WebScratchers Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use platforms such as Shopify, plugins, or APIs.

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • Third-party changes or pricing updates

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not made
  • Misuse or abusive behavior occurs

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in [New Delhi, India].
